*Contiguous US ground shipping. Workbooks will not be shipped to a PO Box. ASPS is not responsible for workbooks that are lost, damaged or deemed undeliverable.

For Coding Workshop registrations received or processed after Tuesday, February 1, please be aware the printed workbook may not be shipped and/or received prior to the meeting date of Friday, February 25.

This virtual meeting will not be recorded.

A separate registration is required for each individual to access the live meeting website, as well as the supplemental and online educational materials. Attendees must sign in using their own PlasticSurgery.org personal credentials.

Staff of ASPS member physicians and guest physicians may not use the physician's account or register under the physician's name. A separate, unique account must be created for the staff or team member.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing to be considered for refund. Cancellations on or before January 13, 2022, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between January 14, 2022, and January 28, 2022, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after January 28, 2022, or if any Comprehensive Coding eLearning Modules have been opened. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.
