The WPS Retreat room block at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort is completely full. The Loews does still have limited availability at a higher rate on their website.
There are several hotels that are close by, but please note that ASPS does not have a discounted room block with these properties, and will not be providing transportation to and from the Loews Ventana Canyon for the Retreat programs.

Airport Transportation
Tucson International Airport (TUS) is located 19 miles (35-minute drive) from the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort.
Taxis are available at the taxi stand, to reach the taxi stand from the main terminal (A and B gates), exit Baggage Claim on the lower level and cross the first roadway to the second roadway where taxis should be to your left. From the C gates, cross the roadway and go east toward the main terminal where you will find the taxis on your left as you near the center of the parking area. If there are no taxis, please use the phone at the cab stand to have one dispatched immediately. The estimated cost is $50 one-way.
App-based ride services (Lyft and Uber) are available at the main terminal. Exit Baggage Claim on the lower level and cross the first roadway to the first island. The stand with app-based ride service pick-up is across from the taxi stand. You can view a map of the pick-up locations here. Passengers should be aware cars and drivers do not wait at the stop but will arrive when requested through the mobile app. The estimated cost is $32 one-way.
